If you purchased the CatanDog's tag on this website, by placing an online order, you may ship the tag back to us, in its new or used condition, at your own cost, and submit the form on this page within 90-days of purchase, to initiate the refund request.

Refunds are only made once the items have actually been received, inspected and are in good condition. Please use original packaging or proper padding when returning items, to minimize chance of damage. All returned items must be postmarked within 90 days of placing your online order, and must include a copy of your online order confirmation that was emailed to you. CatanDog’s tag is not a chemical product and it does not "kill" fleas or ticks. The tag protects your pet by repelling fleas and ticks thus and preventing them from attaching themselves to the pet or laying eggs. You must follow the directions for use strictly for guaranteed results.

Ensure Clean Pet

It can take 7-21 days (depending on the pet’s size) for the pet’s body to “tune in” to the frequency from the CatanDog’s Tag. It is important that your pet is completely clean of ticks and fleas, and especially their eggs and larvae, at the time the tag is introduced to the pet.

Avoid Interruptions

Removing the collar from your pet's collar will require the pet to go through the 7-21 day acclimatization period again. It is important that the tag stays on your pet's collar at all times, so that the protection shield is not interrupted and your pet enjoys continuous protection.

Maintain Records

You will be required to specify your online order #, the shipping carrier name, reason for return, and the shipping carrier's tracking number in the form below. In addition, we must receive your return package before we can begin processing your refund request.
